Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out weekly PM on assigned machines as needed.
- Make sure that remakes are in area no more than 15 minutes.
- Check stock of supplies daily to make sure that adequate amount is on hand at all times.
- Must be 100% accountable for product passed on to next work center. All product being passed to next work center must be machined correctly and defect free.
- Setup machines and show new team members correct way to operate.
- Notify supervisor or lead person of problems with machines.
- Train any new team member as needed.
- Perform required percentage of quality of all parts on loads.
- Make sure that any tooling being used is in acceptable condition so that sanding will be easy as possible and no repairs are necessary.
- Must get supervisor or lead person to QC a part at the start of each load before machining.
- Make sure that all equipment operated each day is cleaned at the end of each shift, lead person or supervisor must approve cleaning before leaving each day.
- Do other jobs as needed.
Must be able to pass a satisfactory background and drug test.
